Pat is there a option like instant messanger on the site were we could chat with each other and know who's online? I keep having to hit refresh to see if anyone has added a message. If not anyone have any ideas?

The Message Forum will be discontinued until further notice due to some of the posts that have appeared over the past week. Pat Bisbee - sheridan89.com site administrator

Everyone - After much thought I've decided to bring back the message forum under the following conditions; 1) No slamming classmates, teachers/faculty or any other person. 2) No cussing, vulgar remarks, sexual innuendos, or racial/religious slurs. Anything deemed as possibly being offensive or perceived as offensive will be deleted. This was meant to be a clean website...let's keep it that way.

Thank you Pat. I know that we all are adults and we can behave as such. I like having the forum and I will abide by the terms.

Chris Paty, that is a GREAT idea! Pat is there anyway you could add a live chat room on the website?

Hey everybody!!! I wanted to apologize for the long wait!!! The goal was to have a chat room going but...I just haven't been able to find the time to set it up. Because of this I'm bringing the forum back to give me a longer window of time to get a chat room set up in the future. I only have broadband access during my lunchbreaks right now so please bear with me! Thanks.

Jamie - I finally got to hear some music just now. It brought back some old memories.

Well, I guess Obama can get something done after all. If he does nothing for the next 4-8 yrs, I'm glad he fixed the forum.

Oh, thanks to you to Pat. I guess we didn't quite get there, huh?

Hey everybody! Attempted to catch up on all the "buzz" going on here but that might take awhile. Anyway, I'm still checking in from time to time. Kinda in my own little world here I guess.
Paul: How ya been fella? Like a lot of the others here it's been a long time. I was talking to my mom over this past weekend and realizing just how "out of the loop" I have been even with my extended family.

David, heard on KARN this morning that Obama has a great aunt and uncle in Maumelle. Just some useless info there. Nice to see that your a facebook participant as well....

Yeah, I just got logged onto face book a couple of days ago. I'm trying to figure it out. I just about have the hang of it now. Just figuring out where all messages can come from on that thing is a task and I guess the inventor of facebook has really good vision. I have excellent vision and everthing on there is teeny tiny. drives me nuts!

Just thought I would give everyone an update - Gayla and Jamie's grandson is coming home from the hospital as we speak. It was sooner than expected he is doing very well. Keep them all in your prayers - they have a long road ahead of them.

For those of you who may live in or near th eastern Ar area, there is going to be a fundraising event for Make-a-wish at Turtle Creek Mall in Jonesboro. It will be Nov 15th from noon til 5PM. If I can find my costumes, I will be there. There will also be superheroes from the "Who Wants To Be A Superhero" show. You might even get to see stormtroopers from Star Wars.
Come out and help us make a kid's dream come true.

Dad, just got out of surgery @ 5:30. The doctor removed the tumor, but said there was no doubt it was malignant. It has spread to his colon, his small intestines, & his bladder. He said he will know more next week when tests from his lymp nodes come in mon or tues. He said the good thing is the cancer did not show signs of reaching to his liver. He will definately need chemo treatment. Thanks for all your prayers & concern for dad. He is staying in Baptist Hospital in Little Rock room 626. He will be out of it until around 1:00 pm on Friday, after that he should be feeling better & able to talk to people. He will probably be there almost two weeks.
