Jamie Gartman

I've had a few significant changes since the 20-year reunion. The most significant being that I'm now married to my high school sweetheart, Kimberly (Holmes). I gained two daughters in the deal, Erin(16) and Alli(13) to go along with my son Christian(15).

I remain involved in youth baseball, coaching my son's team. I've taken up running and ran my first half-marathon this March. I don't ride horses but I've become a regular on the horse show circuit supporting my wife and girls, who ride competitively with Mid-State Horse Show Association. Most importantly, I'm a no good, low-down terrible human being who has been saved by grace through my faith in Jesus Christ. He is transforming me into the person He wants me to be despite my tendency to want to fight Him at every turn. And I'm happier than I've ever been in my life.

The fan bus from Lakeside, sophomore year. 15 people were suspended for drinking. But, not one was me. Just great memories of great times. Dances, trips to Degray, football games, hanging out at Sonic and Midget Market, etc. Of course, the people. Justin G., Richard W., Hollis N., Ryan M., Kim H., Gwen C., Scarlet D., and several others that made my years at SHS an incredible experience.
Oh yeah, and Chris P. How could I forget?
And Breit H. And Neal M. See you start naming names, somebody's gonna get their feelings hurt when you leave them out.
