Glad to get to get on and say hi to everyone. I'll probably get to be on a little more this summer, now thst I have some free time. That is horrible about Kim's daughter. I hope she is still doing better.

Breit, I thought we were all staying at your place.

You should get all the info in the mail soon if you haven't gotten it yet. I got mine last week. If you pay by a certain date in August(the 13th, I think), the Friday family night is $11 a person(6 and under are free). That does NOT include the tickets for the game. The Saturday night deal is $37 a person. After that date in August, the prices go up.

We have deals with two different hotels, the Hampton Inn and the Doubletree, to get rooms for $89 a night. So for people who don't want to drive back to your place, they have options.

Well, I don't think that I will be home that night; otherwise, you could all stay with me. I plan on staying in Little Rock. Where is the Hampton? We could get joining rooms and put a keg in one. I've always wanted to wear a toga. Probably need two beds for extra sheets (one for the toga).
Seriously, I will probably stay at Double Tree. Anyone else care to share their intentions?

The Hampton is just south of the River Market by the new high rise condo building. It's about a mile away from Next Level. The Doubletree is about 4 blocks from Next Level. That's where I'm staying.

Breit, I'm all for a toga party but if we use hotel sheets I recommend a blacklight test. You never know what might be on those sheets.

Looks like Jody and I will probably be staying at the Double Tree since it is closer. Linda will be going to which ever one we stay at. Jody and I stayed at the Double Tree in Florida at one of my Christmas parties and it was a GREAT hotel. Jamie,sorry I did not realize there was going to be so much pressure on keeping me entertained.... LOL! Breit- I agree with Jamie, check those sheets!!!! LOL!

I would do the blacklight check prior to wearing the toga, but smash the light right after. You don't want anyone checking it after you been wearing it all night. Could save you some embarrassment. Just a thought.

Kids? I thought the place was gonna be empty! Forget that! I have some of those things at my house to feed and water. I don't need anymore.

Florida was GREAT!!! The temps were blazing like here, but the ocean breeze and the rum made that seem okay. The water cool and perfectly clear with only one day of Jellyfish. Had an awesome time! I heard Buffie was down there too.

I sent out an e-mail blast to everyone just now, but in case you did not receive it...Doubletree will be honoring the $89 a night room rate when mentioning the SHS 20yr class reunion group. Parking is also free for guest of hotel along w/5 mile radius complimentary
shuttle service (which will more than cover the Next Level Events center).
