
Mark Wayne Toland

Mark Wayne Toland 29, died Thursday at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. He died from an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
He was born in Powell, March 24, 1962, the son of Joe H. and Marilyn Switzer Toland.
He moved to Sheridan at age 4 and attended Holy Name Catholic School, Sheridan High School, Sheridan College and National College in San Diego, Calif.
He worked in the construction business for 10 years in San Diego, Boston, Cape Cod and Seattle.
His interests incuded skiing, mountain climbing, little league coaching, hiking, physical fitness, Irish Lore, Old West and Viking history.
He is survived by his parents of Sheridan, two sisters, Jody Deeds of Sheridan and Nancy Sims of Ridgefield, Wash; a brother, Greg Toland of Powell.
Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Holy Name Catholic Church, with Mass of the Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Monday at Holy Name with Father Ray Moss officiating.
Burial will be at the Sheridan Municpal Cemetery.
