John Bradley Franklin, 64 of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014 at his home in Ardmore. He was born on August 4, 1949 in Sherman, Texas to the late Jerry Bradley Franklin and Erin Lovene Fletcher Franklin. He was raised in Sherman where he graduated high school. He later graduated from Grayson County College in Denison, Texas and San Angelo State College in San Angelo, Texas. John married Tammy Stowers on June 2, 2007 in Madill. He was a member of the Victory Life Church in Durant and he enjoyed reading and traveling.

Wife: Tammy Franklin, Ardmore, Oklahoma

Daughter: Christa Brown and husband Ron, Carrolton, Texas

3 Grandchildren

Sister: Lynn Franklin, Sherman, Texas
Billie Paddock, Bettendorf, Iowa

Brother-in-law: Rex Brown, The Colony, Texas

John was preceded in death by his parents and twin sister; Joan.
