Sherry Rhudy (Ridlehuber)

Sherry died on 6/20/2002.

DENISON - Sherry Lee Ridlehuber passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2002 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center.  Funeral Services were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, at Harvest Time Assembly of God in Sherman. Rev. George Cline of the Grace Bible Church and Rev. Irby McKnight of Harvest Time Assembly of God officiated.  Burial followed in Cedarlawn Memorial Park.  Arrangements were under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were John Wolverton, Jack Wolverton, Dr. Darius Maggi, Dr. J. Michael Benson, Harry A. Bean, and Terry Urquhart.

Sherry was born on May 6, 1950 in Bonham, Texas.  She graduated from Sherman High School in 1968.  On September 29, 1973, she married Hoyte Ridlehuber in Dallas, Texas.  Following their marriage, they lived in the Sherman-Denison area and have co-owned and operated Hoyte Dodge in Sherman.  Sherry will be remembered as a gracious, selfless wife and mother.

In addition to husband Hoyte, survivors include daughters, Amy Ridlehuber Benson and husband, Bryce and Tiffany Ridlehuber; parents, James and Lynda Rhudy, Reba Richards of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and Clinton Northcutt of Arkansas; sister, Connie McQuin; and brother, Jamie Rhudy.

The family received friends on Friday evening at the funeral home.

The family suggests that Memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
