Joyce died from cancer in Norwich in 2009.  She was born in Sidney Hospital  on 11/5/40 and lived in Sidney Center during her school years.  She later married and lived in Mississippi and Germany with her husband.  After her divorce, she worked in Sherburne and lived in Norwich.  She is survived by one son.  Joyce is buried in the Sidney Center Highland  cemetery.
