Betsey Fisher Labour

I went to school in Florida for interior design. Shortly after graduating in 1982 I moved back to Sidney. Worked for Tri County Sales Outlet for a few years. Paul Walker and I had our first child, Ryan. We never married. John Schaeffer and I were married in 1986 and we had Scott. We divorced when Scott was very young. The boys and I moved to Oneonta where we bought a home near Oneonta High School. I worked as an Associate Broker for Benson Agency Real Estate for many years. After Ryan and Scott finished school we built a new home in Florida and ventured off to a warmer climate in Feb. of 2006. Shortly after moving I met Jerry Labour. I never knew him while living in NY. We were married in Feb. of 2008. Since then my son Scott had to move back to the Sidney area. He is a carpenter and believe it or not has more work in NY than FL. He works for Upright Builders now. Ryan manages the kitchen in an oyster bar in Florida. Jerry is in excavating. I am still plugging away at real estate. Looking forward to better times since the real estate "crash".

I have too many funny stories from school. I wish now that I had been more serious about my high school years.
