Served 23 years in the U.S. Navy, Retired as a Chief Petty Officer 2002. Moved from Mayport Florida to Jacksonville, N. C. after retiring. Worked as a pipe fitter for awhile, then several years as a carpenter with a bridge building company. Now living in central Florida in a small community called Port St. John, working for Professional Aircraft Accessories overhauling UH-1 (Huey) helicopter main rotor hubs and transmissions.
