Lived in the NE for quite a few years before moving to NC in '86 . Lived in Wilmington NC for 16 years and needing a change have moved to Myrtle Beach SC to an over 55 community - love it!

I was in real estate for 32 years - sold in the Raleigh market and then went into the education aspect when I moved to Wilmington. I do some consulting with owners of real estate schools and a little tutoring - try not to do too much!
