I have been in the commercial office and computer products industry for over 40 years.I currently work for Benjamin Office Supply and Services as a Senior Account Manager working with fortune 500 companies.
I am an avid cyclist who does these crazy Century (yes 100 miles) rides on a regular basis. Great way to burn some calories and then eat what you want.
