Jan Proctor (Janice Lewis)

Graveside services for Jan Lewis Proctor, 49, of Lubbock will be at 3 p.m. today in Dreamland Cemetary with J.D. Nance, a Church of Christ minister officiating.  Burial will be under direction of Myers-Long Funeral Directors.

She died Monday,  April 7, 1997.

She was born in Lawton, Oklahoma.  She married Dwayne Proctor in 1966 in Silverton.  They moved to Lubbock several years ago.

She had been a secretary for Church Mutual Insurance Co. at Lubbock for several years.

Survivors include her husband, a son, Steve Proctor of Lubbock, a daughter, Lesa Proctor of Lubbock, a sister, Jean Lingle of Dallas, a brother, David Lewis of Silverton, her father, Sam Lewis of Silverton, and a granddaughter.
