After Heelan I went to Briar Cliff and got my degree in Business Admin. I met my husband while I was in college and he had just gotten his first job in South Sioux after graduation from Iowa State. He currently is a District Manager for US Bank in Central Iowa. Yes he's a Cyclone. My family & I have finally gotten him to say he is a Husker fan - although it's taken him 15 years for him to admit.

We were married in 1994 in Jackson and after that we made our way around the state. We spent a year in Dubuque and 4 years in the Quad Cities and have finally settled in the Des Moines area. We lived in Mitchellville, a small town east of Des Moines for 8 years and have just moved into Altoona. I am hoping to say that we are here to stay.

Having two little ones and working full time is challenging to say the least. Although I'm not quite sure how some of you survive with 4+ kids. You deserve a medal. Our girls keep us busy. I knew there was a reason you are supposed to have kids early in life. I am exhausted!

There are so many - how 'bout Sr. Audrey's class - Gubbels throwing paper wads up in the fan and almost hitting Sr in the back of the head, or Casey getting accused of stealing her music sheets and she would come right up to him to pick his up - I know Mike you were innocent on that one. During basketball season when she would draw the circle on the board and you would write your name in it, I believe it was Redmond who was writing porn star names or other very colorful names in it. I'm surprised sister lived as long as she did with everything she was put through. : )
