After graduating from Heelan, I attended the University of Iowa where I earned a Finance degree.
I met Kelly at Briar Cliff, thanks to weekends and breaks at home from Iowa hanging out with Kent Lovern and his group of friends there. We married in 1995 and lived in Sioux City until 2001 when we moved to the Kansas City area.
These days, we spend our "free" time running between practices and games for football, basketball, soccer (indoor and outdoor), and baseball for my two older kids (there are so many seasons throughout the year!). My youngest daughter loves gymnastics and soccer and is looking forward to t-ball this summer.
