My wife Debra and I will have been married for 30 years this Jun 22. Maybe you guys can help me decide whether to celebrate this audacious occasion, Should I take her to Harry Potter at Universal Studios or have Elvis Presley marry us in Las Vegas (this would be our 3rd marriage ceremony...I'll explain that another time). I am still practicing orthodontics--I'll eventually get it perfected. I moved to a new location in Valparaiso, IN 6 months ago and signed a 10 year lease. How's that for optimism?!! Our children, ages 24, 23,22, and 20 are still finding themselves. Jared wants to live off the grid; Miri has special challenges but she is a music savant and maybe she'll get into composing; Rani is a psych major but has art and music talents so she is floundering; and Kaile is an orthodontic assistant who is considering becoming a behaviorist. My wife Debra has resurrected her Duo Sequenza, Flute and Guitar after 20 years. I remember when we were dating , flying out to Geneva, Switz to see her perform. Yes I was smitten by her and still am but I ain't ever going to Europe again to see her perform! I can fill you in on other stuff when I see you.

I remember being sent to the principal's office for trying to fly a kite in our commons area. I also remember when The football coach Hendricks (?) sent two football players to take me to his office because I came to school in my lettermans sweater(?)and had removed my wrestling and cross country pins and replaced them with science award pins. Boy did he dress me down.Now high schoolers have letterman jackets for band, choir, cheerleading debate...you name it. I may have started this trend. I remember when I used to help the gymnastics coach teach wrestling in gym classI only weighed 120 lbs and he offered an A to anyone to put me on my back and pin me. ..a very long gym period for me. I'll remember more stories when i see you at the dinner/dance.
