Tracy M. Fitzsimmons, 19, of East Smethport, died on December 27, 2003.  Born February 9, 1984, in Olean, N.Y., she was the daughter of Dean and Jody M. Baker Fitzsimmons, who survive.

Miss Fitzsimmons was a 2002 graduate of Smethport High School.  While in high school, she was a member of the Smethport High School National Honor Society, basketball team, volleyball squad, band, choir, Spanish Club, and was routinely on the honor roll.  She was a sophomore at the University of Clarion as an elementary education major with a minor in math and was on the Dean's List.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her paternal grandparents, Allen and Judy Fitzsimmons of Smethport; maternal grandmother Margaret Hewitt of East Smethport; paternal great-grandparents, Boyd and Florence Fitzsimmons of Eldred; maternal great-grandfather Edward Booth of Smethport; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Nora Booth.
