Imogene and I were great friends in our Senior year. We remained friends for many years after that until we started having our families. We did stay in touch but not as often as we wanted to. She was alway so sweet and we laughed a lot together. She and I visited each other's homes on many occasions. We talked and laughed about what was happening in our lives. She always had such a sweet and shy expression when she laughed. She was such a beautiful person and a great friend. Greatly missed.

Imogene May Hawkins was married to Abe Hawkins and resided on Signal Mountain. She had three daughters and four grandchildren.Imogene was a sweet person and very well liked by her friends and classmates.
