After high school I went Somerset County College (now raritan valley) then I started working at a payroll company called Automatic Data Processing in 1987. Started as a check puller, then computer operator, senior operator and then lead operator. I left in 2002 after 15 years and went to work at Paychex (the competition). Same way hired as computer operator, senior operator, group leader and finally after 24 years in the payroll business, I made it as a quality process supervisor with 5 operators under me. First time working in management. I am always up for big challenges, and this is is my biggest one yet.
