Most of you knew him as "Mr. Hooper," some of you knew him as Sam. To me, he was my little brother, and I always called him just that. There WAS a time was I was larger in size than he, but that didn't last for long. His photograph sits right next to me here at my home office so I can look into his face and ask him if I'm making the right decisions. Somehow, I always get his answer.

Little brother, I miss you so much. All our lives changed the day you started your walk with Jesus. Keep watch over your family. Until we meet again, we'll keep your candle lit and your memory forever alive in all of us.

Your Oldest Brother,
Mel

My Little Brother Sam, It's been 3 years since our Maker called you home. You're fortunate enough to walk with our Savior, and our Dad your namesake. The world has changed without you in it. But the lives you touched are better because of you. Mom, Marilyn, Gary and I, we all miss you so very very much. But we remain the family Dad built and the one you loved so much. Know that we remain a family...because of you. God willing, we will all be together as a family again. We love you. Your Oldest Brother
