My memory of Jim in school was from my junior year I had a bottem locker in the Library building and Jim's was above me and he would always mess my hair if I was bent down. He would pretend to drop a book on me too teasing.
I reminded him of this later in yrs as we got to all reconnect with each other and our spouses for dinners together. Those were fun. Jim loved his stove too I remember.
We miss you Jimmy. Ted didn't know you as long but thinks you were a sweet guy too. We miss you ....

I met Jim on the first day of 4th grade at Dunbar. We rode the same bus. He only lived a few blocks from me as Alan did. I remember more than a few times, the two of them standing on Park Ave yelling my name to get my attention. My dad would yell back telling them to go away.(Little did they know that his bark was much worse than his bite.)

We never spent much time hanging out when we were young but did reconnect with him and ElWanda when I moved back to Sonoma. We had a lot of dinners and barbeques together including Lorna and Gary and Ted and Annette. We had some good times. You are missed.

I last saw Jim at the Millenium Reunion in 2000, he was the only person I knew. I'm terribly sorry to hear of his passing, he was a good man.
He was Jimmy when I knew him at Dunbar and Flowery. We were In little league and boy scouts together, his dad was the scoutmaster.
