Her grandma lived next door to my Aunt's when we were little and I would play with them. She got taller the summer between 8th and 9th compared to the rest of us girls.She was beautiful person inside and out. Always cared about others. Raised her sisters daughter as her own. Things weren't always easy but she had a great outlook. Had a love of music and talent to match. Worked so hard at the Relay for Life event in Sonomafor a couple yrs.
Joette's gone way too early. Hope she's serenading the angels above....

I didn't meet Joette until High School. We became friends as did a lot of us that still keep in contact. I remember right after I moved back to Sonoma in 1997 my husband helped her out with a car problem. We got together a few times after that until she was taken from us. She is missed. What a special person she was.Even when she was so sick she helped many other people in need.
