Renee was a wonderful, sweet, loving, spiritual young woman who lost her life at the age of 20 when a terrible car accident took place. She was killed by a drunken driver fleeing the scene of another car accident. She is still very much missed, thought about and prayed for even though we all know where she is. Her sister, Tres, and I are extremely close friends and lives in Arizona. We get together at least once a year and speak on the phone every week. God bless you, Renee! Love, Peggy Reese O'Neill
In four years of high school I don't believe Maureen and I ever spoke.That's not her fault we traveled in different academic and social groups. Her death was a terrible tragedy the first of our class mates to die. When i got word of her death at school in New Hampshire during my junior year I decided to hurry home. I attended her funeral on that February day with other buddies from So, Amboy.I believe the mass was in Immaculate Conception Church Spotswood. It was an awfully sad occasion. Maureen had such a bright future ahead of her. It certainly was a reality check for all us 20 year olds that time waits for no one and the end can always be near. Fitz
