I went to work for Gordon Food Service right after high school. I worked as an industrial maintenance mechanic on conveyors and ammonia refrigeration systems as well as several years in leadership. I married my wife in 1991 and have three kids. In 2002 I moved to Columbus, Ohio (boooo) with GFS to run the maintenance department at that facility. In 2005 I moved again to help build our newest fully automated plant in Louisville, Kentucky as Maintenance Supervisor and Assistant Director of Warehousing. I was recently elected as Chairman of the LEPC in my county for the next two years. I went to University of Wisconsin in Madison and also several other technical schools over the years. I get to travel with my job on occassion, primarily throughout the Mid West and South. We are building two new plants in Kenosha, Wisconsin and Pottsville, Pennsylvania so I will be spending a lot of time over the next 2 years in these facilities getting them started.
