What did you think you would do for a living when you graduated?

Accountant

What other jobs have you had since graduating?

Technical Recruiter for CIBER Computer Consulting. I was in the hiring department at the company and interviewed all the techies and managers. Loved the job but left when we moved to Menomonie,WI.

What is your post-graduation story?

Attended Mankato State University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachlors degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Speech Communications.

Do you still have family in SSP

Yes, my mom and dad still live in the same home on 13th. My brother, Craig and nephews live on 15th Ave.

How often do you get back?

Not very often...3 times a year maybe. I prefer the country living....however I miss the city shopping!!!

Who are you most looking forward to seeing again?

Everyone.....you are all so goofy! HA!

Did you have any nicknames in high school?

Re-run (Joe Engel used to call me that). Can't think of any others.

What is your favorite memory from your days at SSPHS?

Homecoming Parade! I was driving a stick shift truck in the parade and it quit on the hill. The whole parade had to back up so I could get the truck up the hill. Talk about embarrassing!!!! Yes, I know how to drive a stick shift now!

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I love living in Wisconsin.....it is very peaceful. I love to go boating, fishing, four-wheeling, travelling, and just hang with my family! I am very family oriented.

What's the farthest you have been from SSP?

Europe - In 1993, I traveled to Sweden, France, and Amsterdam and met up with some friends. It was quite interesting.....especially Amsterdam (space cakes and space shakes)!

Our youngest child, Joey......off to kindergarten (Fall of 2009). I'm an empty nester now......I guess I'll need to get a job!!!!!! HA!
