20-Year Reunion

Updated...July 21, 2009~~~ We need everyone's money in by the end of July...if you have sent in your deposit, get the balance in! If you haven't sent in anything...GET OFF YOUR BUTT!  The final amount is $75 per person for the Class of 89, $60 per person for the Classes of 88 and 90.

It's time to start getting the money in for the deposits! We need everyone that is planning on attending the reunion, Sept 18-19 2009, to get their $50 in per person. We have the BALINESE BALLROOM RESERVED FOR SEPT 19TH!  We still have to put the deposit down for the food, so I still need the deposits to roll in a little quicker!  Once we set everything up, and get the amount of people we are expecting, we will be able to decide what the exact cost will be for the entire weekend, but, we will be sticking to the $100-125 or below, per person. If you are able to donate more, to help keep the cost low for another classmate that might not be as financially available to pay that price, we will gladly accept donations! 

We will be having a family picnic on Saturday~~ more than likely, at the school, and the the survey showed, you seem to want the teachers invited to the picnic, but would like to keep it just classmates that graduated with us, and their families, other than the teachers. (THIS IS JUST THE CLASS OF 89)

 

UPDATE FOR SAT NIGHT'S ACTIVITIES as of 3/3/09~~as mentioned above, we do have the Balinese Ballroom reserved for Sept 19th. . . however....so far...only have the deposits from about 10 classmates all together! The menu needs to be decided...and the deposit put down for the food, as well as either the band, AQUANET, or a dj...if enough people will go ahead and send the deposits in and mark that they are attending, we can have the band. I have had many that seem confused on this issue... THE CLASS OF 89 IS INVITING THE CLASSES OF 88 AND 90 TO JOIN US FOR THE SAT NIGHT GET TOGETHER...AS WELL AS THE CLASSMATES THAT DID NOT ACTUALLY GRADUATE WITH US, BUT WENT TO SCHOOL WITH US AT SOME POINT!  We would love to see all of you...so, please let me know if you would like to attend...and SEND ME UR MONEY!!  remember....the more that attend, the more fun we will have, for less money!!

 

Because we will be having our reunion the weekend of SBEC's homecoming, Friday night we will have a big tailgate party. We are hoping to have many of our classmates from the classes of 86-90 there for that. (that is still a work in progress).  

I hope that this is agreeable with everyone, and if not, please feel free to contact me or Terri with any suggestions, criticisms, etc. . . I am open to all!! I just want to see each and everyone of you, and for us all to have a wonderful time reconnecting with good friends again!

 

And, I have to throw this in, I NEED YOUR HELP!!! 

I really need someone to help with committees for this---decorations, food, entertainment!!! We do need to start getting all this together soon, September may seem like a good while away, but, it will be here before we know it!!!

Just a note for paypal info below. . .

 

If you are going to pay your deposit with paypal, there is a $1.80 fee added to the amount. If you would prefer not to pay that fee, you can mail the $50 deposit per person to 8260 Oakwood Lane, Olive Branch, Ms 38654, and make sure that you write "reunion deposit fee" on the memo!!!
