I wanted to give you some more info. about the assembly without taking up a whole page. It will start at 9 at the high school. Joey Bliss Payne has put together an awesome script -- THANK YOU!! We really want to have those with high school students participating in the assembly. Dig out your old 80's high fashion items and come dressed to impress! Some ideas would be stirrup pants, neon, pegged jeans, high-top sneakers, three pairs of socks, anything plaid, t-shirts with sleeves rolled up, banana clips, mini skirts, levi jackets. We'll have a prize for the best big hair and mullet!!

After the assembly we're have a luncheon at the pavillion by the pool. The cost is $15 per person, which includes a t-shirt. Ronda Leifson Hansen is designing t-shirts for us that we'll wear to the homecoming football game Friday night as well as to the parade next July 24th. If you aren't going to make it to the assembly, you can buy a t-shirt next spring.

I'm trying to finalize getting a paypal account linked up to this website, which should be done sometime this next week. If you want to send money, mail checks to Leann Hancock Wood at 767 E. 450 S. Santaquin, UT 84655. If you want to bring your spouse/partner to lunch, the cost for them is $8 -- unless they want a t-shirt too! I mean who wouldn't?

Again, I'm excited to see your posts and see what everyone is doing. Keep passing the website along and hopefully we'll catch everybody in time for the assembly.

I wanted to make sure all former Drill Team members know about the Drill performance on Friday, Sept. 5th. It will take place at half time during the Homecoming game. Michelle Boyack recently sent out a letter to everyone that she had addresses for. If you didn't get a letter, please know you are invited.

All Drill Members that Michelle taught will meet and check-in in the Main Gym on Sept. 4th @ 5:30. From 6:00-7:30 we will learn the dances (only 45 sec. long), then break for dinner for one hour. From 8:30-10:00 pm we will then practice on the field.

Dinner is $8, and the t-shirt is $12. If you have any further questions you may email Stacy Beck at stacy_beck@sfcn.org.

Hey all!!! I am so very excited to see you all again. Bumping into you at the store is amazing, but really having an opportunity to reconnect is spectacular.

It is so cool to see everyone and to see how their lives are going, and have changed. It is also sad to have lost friends through the years. Having a Homecoming Assembly is so great, and it would be real cool to see and talk with everyone. Unfortunately due to health problems at the moment, I will not be able to attend. So I say "HI"! to all that will be there and, miss being able to talk with them.

We have debated back and forth between Thursday and Saturday. This is what factored into our decision. Number one, it's the start of a holiday weekend. After the parade on Friday, people who have plans with their families can enjoy the rest of the weekend. Number two, more people will participate, hopefully, in the parade if we've met and gathered at the reunion the night before. Number three, it's cheaper to book a place on a weekday versus weekend, thus making the cost cheaper for those coming to the reunion. So by throwing that date out there 10 months in advance, people can plan now to attend the reunion on the 23rd. It's going to be great to see everyone!

Rebecca Lewis (Hoover)

Alright People, Listen up. Natalie, Leann, and Cassie have all worked very hard on this reunion, this website has been up all year, and MORE than half ya'll still live in Utah County. What's up with 20 people coming to our 20 year reunion? We're halfway through June and the ladies need to make final arrangements. Now I don't even know where I'll be living in August, but my boyfriend and I have made going to our 20th reunions a priority. I want to see you people! So sign up already, this is our moment, a defining period in our history, the opportunity to meet each other (again) without the trappings of class, or our own screwed up teenage minds. Besides, I lost 5 pounds in order to impress you people, I wouldn't want to see that work go to waste (I hate passing on wine and dessert, you know).
So this would be my version of a pep rally, it's really the best I could do because I don't really remember attending any ;) So cmon folks, don't make me beg, it doesn't suit me. Let's have some fun.

Oh My Heck Becky! You are so sweet. We have worked hard to make this reunion be the best and that's why we really hope everyone will come. It's true, that this is our big year and it's time we put all the past aside and come renew friendships and make new ones. I do hope that everyone will feel they should be there too! Thanks for your nice message.

Ok everyone! I'm with Becky and LeAnn! We all need to go. I'm gonna be there and I live over 1700 miles away! (I'm not going to mention that I was already going to be in Utah at the time of the reunion anyway, oh wait....I just did.) I can't wait to see you all, even if I don't remember all of your names. Sorry, I'm going to apologize for that right now. It's been too long! See you ALL on the 23rd!

Evelyn, it was awesome to here from you. How is Florida and all the humidity? Thanks to Natalie, Cassie, and Leann for all their hard work. I hope everyone is planning on coming that can. It takes alot of work putting a reunion together and I hope everybody will support all of their hard work. I can't wait to see everybody. I agree with Evelyn that we are all connected and I think it would be awesome to see everyone.

Hey Everyone,

Matt and I are staying at the Marriott Hotel (which is just down the street from our reunion) and they have a bar that's open to the public. A few of us were talking about meeting there beforehand for a few drinks. I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would be interested in stopping by, the more the merrier. :) Once again, can't wait to see everyone, I'm very excited to see that we have more folks signed up now. I was going to post my cell phone number but since this is open to everyone (and their dog, and whomever) I think I'll just say you can contact me if you want and I'll give you my cell. Also, I have no idea how big this bar is, I'll try to check that out.

Hey classmates after chatting with several of you i just want everyone to understand that this reunion is important! It is not a competition to count hairs, wrinkles, stretch marks and no one will be asking for bank statements. So please sign up and lets make this a great evening for all. After all we will not see some of you again for a while!!

Rexine Strange (Averett)

Hey Becky,,, as far as your invitation, Hey, me and my hubby would be happy to join you for a drink sometime, I dont plan on attending the reunion, because he will be gone to Idaho, but Its nice to see someone mention the fact that we are not going to compare who is the most successful and has the most money.. We are the same people with different lives and are more mature. Its very refreshing to hear from all of you... Talk soon. Rex!!!
Plus I want a T-Shirt, Just because I want to mark- for myself the 20 year mark... Feeling alot older!! I want to just have it for a keepsake.. lol Silly I know.. I have just learned to keep momentos of my years, having kids and their growths, and things we have done as a family... This is one of those things for me.. ha ha. sounds wierd..lol do we have a list of the people who are attending?

Andy Reynolds

Hey Everyone, I just wanted to put my two cents worth in lol. This is quite a milestone in our lives and everybody should do their very best to attend. I haven't seen most of you in 20 years and I'm really looking forward to it. Like I told my wife, " Even if I have to hitch hike, I'll be down there!" Let's make this the greatest reunion yet. What's a couple days or so out of the last twenty years... Nothing, nada, zip!!! So let's have no more excuses, hehe. Can't wait to see you all again. Twenty years...wow... I want my eighties hair back!!! lol See ya soon, Andy

I loved reading through everyones profiles!! I am so glad that Im not the only one that has a ton of kids. I just had to get the old year book out and look through it. They just don't have it like we did. What a blast we had!! Hey Rex hi!!! Andy !! Hi how the heck are you doin!!!!
