Born May 28, 1966 to Audrey and Louis Rubertt, joined his grandparents and father-in-law Ron Warrick in the kingdom of Heaven on May 16, 2008.

Tim will be remembered for his devotion to his family and the community. He will remain in the hearts of his wife Colene and son Timmy forever. Nothing gave him more joy than being with his son who meant everything to Tim. He could be counted on helping with all of Timmy's activities. Tim served on the board of INWPW football, volunteered with SAYHA, and was a coach for SSLL. Tim served in the USMC from 1984-1988. He was a lifetime member of the Marine Corps League, serving his last term as Commandant for the Dept. of Washington. For over 18 years, Tim coordinated the local Toys for Tots program, being recognized in 2006 as the "Real" Toys for Tots coordinator. Tim was a member of the Military Order of Devil Dogs being named Pack Dog of the year in 2001. Tim was a supervisor at Morning Star Boys Ranch, teaching the boys to always believe in themselves. Through his lifetime, Tim touched, in his own way, the lives of so many, we are all stronger because of our time with Tim.

He is survived by his wife Colene; son Timmy; parents Audrey and Louis Rubertt, Gloria Warrick-Spear; sisters Robin (Larry) Swanagan, Janice (Ed) Onigkeit and Kristine Rubertt. A Memorial Service will be held June 8, 2008 at 11 am at Spokane Memorial Gardens, 5909 S. Cheney-Spokane Road, Spokane, followed by a reception at the Warrick home. A fund has been opened for Tim's son at Prime Source Credit Union, P.O. Box 48275, Spokane, WA99228. Semper Fi Tim, you are never forgotten.
