Hairdresser, artist. Professional caliber seamstress, and phenomenal cook. Cathy hosted dinners for friends on a regular basis. Had many, many friends in Spokane Valley. She loved plays and traveled to different venues to enjoy them, She enjoyed classical music and attended concerts. especially opera. Cathy traveled often. She vacationed in tropical climates every winter and drove her own motor home to lakes and state parks in the summertime. Her favorite music to listen to while relaxing at home with a glas of wine was John Denver. Cathy was divorced in the early 70's. After that, she led an independent and full life. She remodeled her home many times. This included residing her home with cedar siding herself. She used to say, It is easier to be lonely all alone than it is to be lonely when you are with someone because you can do something about if you are alone. And she certainly did.
