Darryl Holling, 50, was a resident of Post Falls for 10 years. Born in Spokane, he graduated from Ferris High School and received his bachelor's degree from Washington State University in wildlife biology and range management. He then attended Green River Community College for a year, majoring in wastewater treatment. Mr. Holling was chief operator for the city of Post Falls in the Wastewater Treatment Department.
