Survived By: Gary was proceded in death by his father Earl Evans, stepmother Barbara Evans and stepfather Bob Hoffer. He is survived by his mother Lutie Koki, stepfather Mike Kocik, both who live in The Villages, FL, his brother, Earl D. Evans of Warsaw, IN, sisters, Kim Hoff, Debbie Evans, both of Newman Lake, WA. Gary had five nephews, three nieces, and one great-nephew, many aunts and uncles and hundreds of friends.

Gary Evans passed away on September 8, 2009 in Pennsylvania. Gary was born on New Year's Eve of 1952 to Earl and Lutie Evans, of Martin, KY. Gary graduated from Ferris High School. Gary was very talented, while working at Felts Field as an avionics tech, he earned a Masters Degree in Music Theory from EWU. He went on to teach avionics at Purdue University and work at Skikorsky Helicopter.
