Survived By: His wife, Pepe, died in 1986. Survivors include his companion, Debbie Bailey; eight children, Karri Ann, Jamie, Josh, Richard, Cody, Dusty Rose, Ricki and Dallas Burris, and Tileah Hargrave; his mother, Melani Burris of Inchelium; two sisters, Stella Regan and Barbara Mangelson; four brothers, Alan Burris, Virgil Burris, Robbie Burris and Robert Si John; and two grandchildren.

Richard ``Oly'' Burris, who was born in Colville, died Sunday. He grew up in Spokane and graduated from Ferris High School in 1969. He attended Spokane Community College's auto repair school for two years, and worked in the construction and trucking industry. Mr. Burris recently started White Buffalo, a music production company.
