Since graduating from high school, I have dedicated my life to serving my country and my community.
I proudly served 35 years in the United States military—four years in the United States Air Force and 31 years in the United States Army, including the Washington Army National Guard. I retired with the rank of Colonel.
Education has always been a priority in my life. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University, an MBA from City University of Seattle, and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the United States Army War College.
Today, I continue my commitment to public service as an elected Councilmember for the Town of Steilacoom, where I work to preserve our community’s rich history while helping shape its future.
Family is at the center of my life. My wife, Donna, and I have been happily married for 46 years. Together, we have raised three children and are blessed with eight wonderful grandchildren, who continue to bring us great joy and inspiration every day.
Continue traveling throughout the world.
I enjoyed my high school days. Wrestling was my focus.
I miss my friends, especially George Yarno. A wonderful man and a great friend.
