Linda and I met in Archery Club. She was a very sweet gal that was always friendly and we would hang out together sometimes after practicing our archery. When I was voted in as President of Archery Club in my Junior year and had never been president of any club before, she was especially supportive of me and would try to reassure me and put me at ease. Interestingly enough the following year Linda was elected President of Archery Club and the roles were reversed. After graduation we each went our separate ways but a few years later I caught up with her when she moved to Sacramento, California. I was visiting my brother and his family and was able to see her.  We went to a movie and laughed together about old times in school. She seemed happy and contented with her new independent life and I felt enriched by her happiness. I regret not following up on continuing our friendship. When you're young you always think you will be immortal and live forever never realizing there could be lost relationships that can never be renewed.

Linda and I went to Sheridan elementary school and Libby Jr. Hi.  She was really happy and fun to be with.  When we were on the playground she always had a ball ane bat in her hand.  I am really going to miss seeing her at our reunion. I also remember in third grade when she was hit in the head with a bat.  When she got better it did not stop her.
