Attended Eastern for two +years, joined Beta Delta Theta's and pledged to Sigma Nu
got drafted/spent three years in army; stationed in Europe and sent to Viet Nam last nine months
Attended University of Hawaii: graduated in 1975 with B-ed in secondary education also earned professional diploma same year
worked for Safeway for 30 years moving up to supervisory position
2001: worked with special ed students in elementary school (greatest job in the world)
2011 retired for good and keeping busy in Hawaii

Being a sports nut, I still check on how the Tigers are doing and agonize over why they lost and exalt when they win!
I had a funny experience in the summer of 2012. I was visiting my kid sister and her neighbor was Rogers grad. I said at one point: " didn't it just drive you crazy when Gonzaga always won in football?" His reply: "no, it drove me crazy when LC always won everything." Never even thought about it that way but I guess we were lucky to be so successful.

Otherwise I remember all the cons and cool things that we got to do. The Minstrel Show and the Christmas Con and Coliseum games

I just feel we got the best education at LC and it gave all the confidence to go out into the world and be good citizens.
in fact: I told my son that if we lived in Spokane he'd have graduated from LC.
