Scott McCullar

After high school, I went to Illinois State University where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in art. I married Roxie Dunkel in 1992. She was my girlfriend during my entire senior year who I went to prom with.

Basically, after college, we moved to Atlanta, GA for 2 years and then Memphis, TN for 2 years where I worked at Kinko's as a manager.

We moved back to the Springfield area where I've taught art classes and I've been the Creative Design Coordinator working in marketing and publications for Springfield College - Benedictine University since 1997.

We have two children, Rachel and Mitch and now live in Sherman. I've also been working on the side as a comic book writer and artist for the past 5 years or so in my spare time. I also returned to my study of karate where I'm on track to earning my black belt in 2009.

I really enjoyed doing the Blues Brothers skit with Eric Fair during our sophomore year during spirit week. I think that was the first time in my life that I ever came out of my shell.

I have many many fond memories of friends, places we went and things we did. Pizza Hut. Senior Day. Football games. Mr. Hickman's class. Parties. Ms. Stenger. So much...
