Toni Sauer Mitchell

About a year after graduating high school, I moved to Bethesda, MD on my own in search of something new. While living there, I met my husband in Washington D.C. We married a year later in 1991. We started our family another year later and after that I went to cosmetology school and was a full service cosmetologist for many years. I have been a very supportive military wife now for 17 years and throughout the years my husband's career has become very demanding. He is a Lt. in the US Navy and an Orthopedic Surgical PA. So with this, I now stay home with our four children and do various volunteer and charity work within my military community. Right now he is on his second tour in Iraq and due home Spring of 2009. I get back to Springfield now quite often. Funny though, I never see anyone I went to school with so I appreciate this website and just catching up on what everyone is doing.
