Since 1998...Well, first I went down to the Univeristy of Texas at Austin (Hook 'Em) and received my bachelors. Then I got married to a wonderful man in 2003 and we moved to Washington, D.C so he could get his masters degree. While there my husband worked for a Nevada Congressman and I worked for the National Institues of Health. In 2006, my husband's boss ran for Governor and won, so we moved to Reno, NV. I never thought I would be able to find a job working with monkeys in Reno, but here I am. I work for a research company and have a few thousand monkeys in my care. These days, my free time is spent running races and keeping up with my son’s busy baseball schedule!
