What was your most embarrassing moment at Parkview?
When our Girls' Glee Club performed on stage, and I "tried" to sing Handel's Messiah while eating snack mix: those pretzels really stuck in my throat! Boy, did I get in trouble with Miss Rathbone!
Describe your car and favorite destination:
CAR? I didn't even have a car! I guess I must have begged rides with everyone I knew and screamed:
"SHOTGUN" as we were walking to the parking lot.
How have you changed since Parkview?
I have become a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a keeper of all the above. According to Dr. Laura, I am an "encourager".
What careers have you pursued?
I worked in an accounting firm for many years.
What do you do these days to have fun?
I herd cattle; I side step the bull like a little old matador; I help baby ducks pip out of their shells; I rescue abused dogs on their last legs, literally.
And most importantly, I learn something new every day from helping raise three grandsons from birth who are now 12, 9 and 9.

Retirememt is wonderful! There are so many more days in the week than there used to be.
We have an "Animal Sanctuary" in the wilds of Dade County, MO - a registered herd of Limousin cattle, llamas, many rescued dogs, two elderly cats, guineas, ducks and parrots - Never a dull moment - carpet rarely dry.
