Charles Jackson

JACKSON, Charles "Nip" 49, of Springfield, passed away at 6 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2005 in his residence. He was born November 25, 1955 in Springfield, Ohio a son of Lawrence Ingram and Anna Ray (Hawkins) Jackson. Charles was employed by Marketing U. S. A. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Stephanie (Beard) Jackson, a special companion, Crishenda Crawford; three sons, Charles (Laura) Jackson, Jr. of Columbus, Jason and Dashawn Jackson both of Springfield; five daughters, Phyllis Jackson, Leanna (Marshawn) Bridges all of Columbus; Josclyn Jackson, Akila Crawford and Katrina Howell of of Springfield; three brothers, Joseph (Brenda) Jackson, Jr., Larry and Gary Jackson all of Springfield; two sisters, Dorothy (T.J.) Jones of Batavia, Ohio, Pearlie (Rodney) McMahon of Springfield; eight children and a number of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his step father, Joseph Jackson, Sr. who reared him. Visitation for Mr. Jackson will Tuesday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in the Hightlight Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the church. Arrangements are by the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
