Arthur R. Bromley, 66, of South Windsor, and Ascutney, VT, husband of 43 years to Carmen (Lemieux). He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, (November 18, 2006). Arthur was born August 26, 1940, in Springfield, VT, son of the late James Bromley and surviving, Rena (Blish) Bromley of Wilbraham, MA. He graduated from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston before moving to Hartford in 1961. Arthur retired in 2002 after a long career in construction project management. He was an avid UCONN basketball fan, enjoyed traveling and his family, especially his grandchildren.
