Laura Cilley ([Rogers]Wilmot)

October 29, 1939-September 16, 2001

Laura V. (Rogers) Wilmot, 61, of Adams Street, Milford, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2001, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Wilmot was born Oct. 29, 1939, in Bethel, Vt., daughter of the late Walter C. and Verna E. (Cilley) Rogers. She lived in Springfield, Vt., before moving to Nashua in 1961. She lived in Milford for the past two years.

She worked as a nurse's aide at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua for many years.

Mrs. Wilmot served as a missionary for the End-Time Handmaiden Covenant Christian National Fellowship for many years.

She graduated from Springfield High School in 1958.

Survivors include three sons and a daughter-in-law, Scott R. and Carol Wilmot of Fort Eglin, Fla., and Richard M. Wilmot and Shannon M. Wilmot, both of Milford; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Sharron M. Wilmot of Springfield, Mass., Holli J. and Mark Maloon of Milford and Christel D. and Mark LaCroix of Easthampton, Mass.; a sister, Shirley M. Doane of Springfield, Mass.; two cousins, David Cilley and his wife, Patricia, of Columbia, S.C., and Steve Cilley of Milford, Del.; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The Nelson Funeral Home in Wilton is in charge of arrangements.
