David Cull

SPRINGFIELD - Word has been received of the death of David Charles Cull, formerly of Springfield, who died suddenly in Aspen, Colo., on August 8, 1986.

He was born July 18, 1941, in Burlington. 

Cull was graduated from Springfield High School in 1960. He served with the U.S. Navy from 1960 to 1964. He spent five years working for oil companies in California, returning to Vermont in 1969 to work for a construction company in the northern part of the state. 

On July 27, 1970, he married Betty -Gene Corcoran. They moved to Colorado where he was a salesman for H. W. Moore Equipment Co. for 10 years. During that time, Cull twice earned membership in the International Harvester Masters Club for being one of the top 10 salesmen in the United States. At the time of his death, he was a salesman for Volvo-White Truck Co., based in Denver, Colo. 

Besides his wife, of Arvada, Colo., and his parents, of Springfield he is survived by a son, Michael Cull of Arvada; a sister, Dianne Litchfield of Avon, Conn.; an uncle; nieces and nephews. 

Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery in Denver, Colo.
