Deceased Name: Burnham F. Lique
SPRINGFIELD - Burnham F. Lique, 67, died April 9, 2008, of natural causes, at his home.

He was born in Bellows Falls on July 3, 1940, the son of Richard F. Lique and Esther G. (French) Lique.

He was a longtime factory worker in the tool industry and ran the Springfield community roller skating rink.

Mr. Lique enjoyed working with his hands, horseshoe pitching competitions, hunting, fishing, attending the Claremont Speedway and visiting the Springfield boat landing. He was a stock car driver and built his own racecar.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Linda; three children, Kimberly, Scott and Lynn; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Clifton, Clifford and Merle.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 17, at Calvary Baptist Church on Main Street in Springfield.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bryant Credit Union, North Springfield, where a fund is set up in his wife's name.
