Can't believe this is up and going so fast. We are so very fortunate to have such intelligent guys. I will be honest, last night the guys were all in to the computer and we girls were just sitting there giving them moral support. Great job, John, Kevin & Mike. Y'all are great.

Hey Sensational Seniors of 1978

This is going to be so much fun. Where have you all been the last 30 years? It's like we are reconnected. This website is really going to be a great tool for us to keep in touch. Thanks to all the guys..John, Kevin and Mike. You all have done a great job. I have called the school and I am working on getting us a good photo of our SHS. Will keep you posted...love you all

Cindy

Excellent! We'll look for the SHS photo. Yea, 30 years have gone by, but it's what we do with the next 30 that counts now, right? So, we start with friendship, express that with a website and who knows after that?

One thing I do know... FRIENDS! They make it happen. They make it real.

Talk to you soon,
John

This weekend, Oct 10-11, is the Springhill Lumberjack Festival and all of us volunteers would love to see as many of our locals as possible. Jan Corrales (many of you remember her as Jan Willis, Penny and Vicky's mom) and many others put so much time and effort in this festival. The north end of main street really comes alive with Timber Sports, and festival type venders, antique tractors show, car and motorcycle show, live music from local talent on Friday and a Sammy Kershaw free outdoor concert on Saturday. Good ole small town fun! Anyway if your in the area come on by. Oh I tried to upload a picture of Wally and shut down the site!

Junior, the wait is over. Click on reunion photos on the homepage at top left AFTER you have completed the jack logo survey. BTW, that is the new lumberjack logo posted at the top. I hope all of you remember what the old one looked like. If any of the website administrators have reunion photos and do not know how to upload them, you can e-mail them to me. They can either be JPEG or bitmap images. I had emailed the ladies earlier in the week about photos but haven't received any yet until today. Thank you Cindy for your contribution. As for the rest of you, what happened to that enthusiasm I saw during the reunion? Tell me you didn't lose it this quick! E-mail me those pictures!

Hi there,

I'm in Dallas this weekend or I would definitely be at the Lumberjack Festival. Someone please take photos and share next week. Also, I received a response from Brad Switzer with CC. He said they have finished some major upgrades. Let's reconvene early next week to discuss our options. Ok?

Hello, Everyone!

I'm not sure who was in charge of the music, I'm guessing Kevin. It is great! I could sit here all day and listen to it. Does that bring back tons of memories for you all, or what?? Love you all!!!

Keep in Touch. Have a good day ..I love you all Cindy

Here's a funny from the Lumberjack festival. After we performed our first set, Johnny Herrington who served as Springhill's Mayor for so many years, called me over to his vehicle. Johnny dials his phone and hands it to me for what reason I didn't kinow. Low and behold it was Mel Tillis' wife in Nashville Tn. I didn't know why I was on the phone with her and sure didn't know what to say so I just started stuttering like an idiot. Get it!
Anyway she commented on how wonderfully different our music was so I replied..T..T..T..Thank..Thank...Thank..You...Ma...Ma...Ma...Mam! Won't have to worry about an invite to Nashville from Mel I'm sure!
