After seeing what everyone else is putting in here I guess I should try this out a bit.
After high school I did a little time at Slippery Rock University and realized I didn't enjoy the college life. I came back to springville and worked at KB for a year or so and then decided I needed something different. I joined the Air Force in 1987 and spent 3 years in Misawa, Japan doing Intel. I met my wife Lauri there and were married Feb 1989 while still in Japan. We both got out of the military in 2000 and headed back to the states. We spent a little time in Austin Texas trying to figure out what we wanted to do and finally ended up in Maryland taking advantage of my TSSI, and took a job with a consulting company working for NSA. Jonathan was Born in 1991 and Brittany in 1993. I did the NSA Programming thing for a few years until I got sick of waking up in the middle of the night with fixes for the code I was working on, lucky for me I was recruited by a California based company and opened an office in Maryland doing Defense Messaging. I handled all the pre/post technical part of the products and covered every state east of the Mississippi and like 4 or 5 on the other side. Boy that got old living out of a suitcase. In 1995, lucky for me I found an opening in IBM doing technical support, interviewed on a Friday and had the job on Tuesday. Since moving to Raleigh, NC in 1995 we were blessed with the twins, Erika and Alyssa in 1998. I'm in my 14th year with Big Blue, but really look forward to our 2 week vacations on the cape every year.
Really glad that were actually trying to do something for the 25th, as I have only seen two people since like 1989 I think.
