James (Jim) Joplin

I moved back to Oklahoma the day after graduation, and haven't been back to the area since. It will be nice to see how the area has changed, and visit with folks that I haven't seen in 20 years.

During the summer of '89, my family and I built a 3500 sq. ft. home in south eastern Oklahoma. After my dad passed away in '92, we moved to Southwestern Oklahoma to Cache. In '94, we moved to Lawton - and, I've been there ever since.

I attended Cameron University in Lawton, pursuing a BA in Music (piano/percussion performance). In 2004, I landed a great job working for a neighboring college (Western Oklahoma State College in Altus), on the Cameron campus, working for the Nursing Education department. I am currently working as their MOODLE (course management system) administrator.


As much as I would like to, I am not able to attend the reunion. I have been over-booked for the weekend. I'll be in southern Arkansas that entire weekend.
