In my early teens I had a St. Cloud Times newspaper route and the Reine family was one of my customers. Their home then was close to the Rox ball park.
Delivering papers was easy but collecting money was not much fun.
The firt time when I knocked on the Reine family front door to collect the newspaper money Jean opend the door and I looked at one of the most beautiful girls I had ever seen. After that experience my paper route became much more exciting with the possibility of seeing that beautiful lady again.
Jean was kind and a very good friend. My condolences to her family and everyone who knew Jean.
