Mark Wilkoff

On November 3, 2012 I retired from my job working as a senior attorney for the Office Of the General Counsel, Department of the Navy. When I retired I was the Counsel for the Department of Navy installations around the world. During my career my work included government contact law, personnel law, environmental law and ethics. The last part of my career I traveled extensively around the world. After nearly 30 years living in the Washington, DC area, my wife Linda and I moved in 2012 to our home in St. Lunaire-Griquet Newfoundland Canada. St. Lunaire-Griquet is a little fishing village about half the size of St. John. It is located about 10 miles from where the Vikings first settled in North America.
