What havent' we been up to since 1993, that seems like sooo long ago!

For the last 11 years, I have been back in MI, after a few years in TX. In June of 2007, I quit my job of 10 years to go back to school full time -- smart idea? Most days, yes... once in a while I really wonder what I was thinking. I had some great adventures there and got to travel to some great places around the counrty, and Interantionally too. London, Paris, and right before I left a couple cities in Germany. It was time for a change though, and I wanted to be able to spend more time with my daughter.

In Feb. of 2005, I brought the most amazing little girl into the world. She has turned my life completely upside down and has been the best thing I have ever done. I always knew I wanted to be a Mom, I just never guessed I would love it this much. Being in school has definitely brought about it's challenges, but I get to spend a lot more time with her, which has been the best part.

There are so many great stories from High School -- from swim team and soccer, to choir concerts and trips. The one that jumped into my mind first -- was the senior prank of forking the inner courtyard and TP'ing the tree -- a feat that was never found out 'who done it' or the fact that the rubber mallet was in the little bookstore, glass case in front of the office the rest of the year. Anyone fessing up 15 years later? ha-ha
