Since I last entered anything on this page I have written and self-published three books of poetry, A Convergence of Unanticipated Consequences, Midnight Breathing, and the last one just published this winr\ter, The Inescapable Attrition of Less. I have to say that I am very proud of them all, and am now in the beginning phases writing a fourth. (You can buy one from Amazon or from me directly. -- PO Box 2246, Healdsburg CA, 95448). Hey, If I can't pimp my on books who will? I have retired from being a psychologist and spend my time reading, cooking, writing, and selling our olive oil. Arlene and I still are crazy in love, the kids do well and our son, Jake, has moved back to Healdsburg (yippee!) with his wife, Corrin, after being quite successful in NYC working for Tiffany's and designing their display windows while also teaching art at NYU. He still does graphics for Tiffany's and for Harry Winston, and paints in his home studio creating amazing large murals. If you are ever in Atlanta and go to the new football stadium there be sure to check out his mural which is something like 120' by 25'. Our daughter, Ali, got married to her partner, Helena. Their son, Alvin, is a kindergarten-er at Synergy the school in San Francisco I co-founded some 45 years ago. How cool is that! Their daughter, Rumi, is a pre-schooler and exudes good cheer, generosity, and love. Ali, too, is an artist, just having collaborated with a dancer and a musician (she did the set) where they presented an incredible performance at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston. Jeanne, our oldest, is still in Brooklyn, being a glass artist, a great mom, and real estate investor. She and her husband, Fred, have two incredible young men/ children: Joey, who is a freshman at Bard College on their Berlin campus; and Solly who is a high school senior eagerly waiting to hear what college he will be attending next year. In short, my CDS friends, life is great!
